5. Partial refunds or prorated refunds

For subscription-based plans, customers may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if they decide to cancel their subscription mid-term. The pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.

6. Non-refundable items

Training services, consulting fees, and any customized solutions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Refund method

Refunds will be done by the means of the original payment mode. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements will be made.
