Job Description:

We are looking for the dynamic, experienced and self-motivated personality  of Business Development Manager(International) to join our highly dedicated centered team and help us drive growth and generate great leads. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to think strategically, and have a proven track record of success in the IT industry.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager- International, you’ll need to:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Business closure with the best practices in the market.
  • Responsible for acquiring relevant leads, new accounts from global markets and prospects through different channels/medium for software development, web development, IT/ Mobile apps development/CRM/E-commerce projects.
  • Must have interaction with the client via the best medium available – cold calling or google meet and generate the requirement from the client.
  • SRS(Software Requirement Specification) proposal document preparation.
  • Ability to SLA and NDA preparation.
  • Must know the Technical- IT background and prepare technical specification documentation. 
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise/consult others about them.
  • Train members of your team, arranging external training that meets business standards and requirements.
  • Maintain the CRM- Business Development
  • If required, ability to generate social media Promotional activity and analyse them closely.
  • Connect with the financial department for invoices and other prospects.
  • Seek new ways of improving the business trends and way of the business operations.
  • Ability to accept the challenges to generate high end business leads and board to the company successfully.
  • Bidding portal experience has added advantages like upwork.com, freelancer.com etc..

Job Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field / MBA/MCA/B.Tech etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in increasing business sales and revenue. 
  • Excellent communication(Verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficient in MS Office and other software programs etc..  
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously and team management. 
  • Help to plan sales campaigns.
  • Create a sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.
  • Increase sales of the business.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors.
  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.

Experience : 2 Years- 7 Years

Salary Range : 10 LPA- 25 LPA
